Bruce Polishook, owner and President of CWC Builders, Inc.,
has worked in the construction industry for over twenty years.
As President, Bruce oversees all operational aspects of the
company, including negotiation and bids for new work, owner/architect/
contractor relations, subcontractor management and field activities.
Bruce also spends substantial time in the field. As a result,
questions and problems are addressed and resolved immediately.
His detailed familiarity with each project provides owner and
architect access to a principal of the company who has an intimate
working knowledge of their property and who is prepared to work
creatively as field contingencies occur. |
