F. Hemenway - Executive Vice President/Treasurer
Jon has over thirty years' experience in the construction industry
and has been part of the CWC Builders' management team since
1979. Jon oversees all administrative aspects of the company's
operations, including contract review and negotiations with
project owners, contract and subcontract control, job cost analysis,
requisition processing, bonding and general accounting. He also
oversees the firm's contractual obligations regarding equal
opportunity hiring, recruitment of minority- and women-owned
subcontractors, and the related reporting requirements of all
governmental agencies. Prior to joining CWCB, Jon served as
controller for several major construction/real estate companies
in greater Boston.
