Watertown, MA This project consists of the selective demolition and adaptive reuse of an 80 year old school in Watertown Massachusetts. It will result in 38 rental units for residents 55 years and older. Historic elements such as the brick facade, the archways, doors and woodwork are being preserved and will be incorporated into the design. The building will be complete with one and two bedroom apartments, a library, exercise room, kitchen area, dining room and elevator. Go Back |
